ROSÉ IN THE GARDEN
NURTURED BY THE GOLDEN SHEAF & VEUVE CLICQUOT
1 - 30 November
Spring into spring with Rosé In The Garden - a month-long event dedicated to Sydney's favourite springtime refreshment.
Our Beer Garden will be converted into the Pink Garden, filled with florals, pink lights and a bounty of your pink favourites in the form of cocktails and special menus.
There are 4 delicious and refreshing rosé cocktails on the menu; Frosé, Brosé (Campari, Martini Ambrato, Chandon Rosé), Always Sparkling (St Germain, Chandon Rosé, Soda) and perhaps the most Instagrammable of them all, the Giggly Rose (Bombay Sapphire, Chandon Rosé, lemon, rose).
For those after a more classic refreshment, the Rosé Menu features 7 local and international varietals paired perfectly with our Spring Food Menu. Some rosés you can try; NV Cloudy Bay Pelorus Rosé from Marlborough New Zealand, The Lot. X Pinot Rosé from Yarra Valley in Victoria and Chateau de léscarelle Palm Rosé from Provence, France.
As the days get longer leading into summer, our Rosé In The Garden menus are a natural fit for that post-work aperitivo or a long lunch that lingers until dinner.
A calendar of events and live entertainment featuring rosé and Veuve Clicquot champagne will ensure you get in the mood for the spring party season:
